THE MEDICAL CLOCK STARTED BEFORE FORCE. Austin Police's preliminary public account says callers reported an injured, bleeding man before officers arrived. APD says an officer later deployed a TASER during an attempt to handcuff him and that he became unresponsive within seconds of being handcuffed. The cause of death remains for the medical examiner, and the incident remains under investigation. Forensic question: what does the synchronized record show about the medical information available, the restraint and TASER timing, handcuffing, the condition change, the EMS update, and the first pulse check? This is evidence issue-spotting, not a finding that force caused the death or that any officer violated law or policy. Original incident audio only; edits and source transitions are labelled.
