These terms govern the Voss clip-analysis service. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel as the service and supported jurisdictions expand.

Service and price

Focused clip analysis is priced at C$9.99 per media minute, calculated to the second after a C$9.99 minimum. The attainable total is displayed before checkout. Government-imposed taxes may be added where required and will be shown before payment. There is no subscription or undisclosed mandatory service fee.

Payment and start of analysis

Payment is processed through a secure third-party checkout. Uploading a clip or entering an email does not itself create a charge. Analysis remains blocked until payment is verified. A payment receipt is sent to the email associated with the case.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation before analysis begins. Once work has started, the fee is generally non-refundable because the service is customized to the submitted clip, except where required by law or where Voss cannot deliver the purchased analysis. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected after verification.

Not a law firm or legal advice

Voss Technologies provides evidence organization and decision support. It does not represent you, create an attorney-client relationship, guarantee confidentiality or privilege, decide whether a law was violated, or replace advice from a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.

Your authority

You may submit material only when you own it or have lawful authority to provide it for review. You remain responsible for privacy, public-record, court-order, protective-order, employment, and platform restrictions that apply to the material.

Prohibited use

Do not use Voss to harass, threaten, identify protected people, evade lawful process, fabricate evidence, interfere with an investigation, publish intimate material, or make unsupported accusations. Do not upload malware or content whose possession is unlawful.

No emergency or deadline service

Voss is not monitored as an emergency channel and does not track filing, appeal, preservation, limitation, or public-record deadlines. Contact emergency services or qualified counsel when timing or safety matters.

Analysis limits

Camera angle, compression, missing frames, unclear audio, incomplete discovery, local law, and human error can change an analysis. A free still-frame card is a user-directed preview, not an automated finding. Paid outputs identify potential issues for review, not confirmed breaches, and must be independently reviewed against original sources before consequential use.

Public examples

Client material will not be used in a public example without separate documented authorization and privacy review. Staged examples must be labelled. Public-record or licensed footage still requires context, harm, and legal review.

Reporting concerns

Use the partner request page to report a privacy, safety, payment, rights, or accuracy concern. Include enough information to identify the affected case without sending additional sensitive evidence unnecessarily.
