This notice explains the Voss clip-analysis intake. It should be reviewed by privacy counsel as the service and supported jurisdictions expand.

Email first

We collect your email before upload to connect the preview, clip, checkout, receipt, and result to one private review session. Entering an email is not marketing consent. Voss will not add that address to promotional mailing without a separate opt-in.

Free still-frame preview

The free preview still is generated locally in your browser from the clip you choose. The clip remains on your device during that preview step. The displayed review focus reflects the concern you select; it is not a legal or automated finding.

What we collect after submission

Case intake may include contact details, jurisdiction, incident information, footage, file metadata, and information you write about an encounter. Hosting providers may process ordinary technical logs needed for security and delivery. Payment details are handled by the checkout processor; Voss receives payment status, amount, and transaction references rather than your complete card number.

How we use it

We use submitted information to register and secure the source, verify payment, perform the requested analysis, communicate about the case, prevent abuse, and handle accuracy or payment concerns. We do not sell case footage or use it for advertising.

Evidence controls

Uploaded evidence is stored separately from the public site in private object storage and tied to a case reference and SHA-256 source fingerprint. Access is intended for authorized case reviewers. Keep your original; Voss is not your only preservation copy.

Retention and deletion

Case material is retained while the requested review is active and as reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling, payment records, or legal obligations. A verified submitter can request deletion through the partner contact form, subject to preservation duties, litigation holds, or another lawful basis.

Disclosures

Information may be handled by infrastructure and payment providers acting for Voss, shared with professionals you authorize, or disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. Voss does not promise attorney-client privilege; involve your lawyer before sending privileged or strategically sensitive material.

Security and limits

We use access-controlled hosting and HTTPS transport, but no online system can promise absolute security. Do not use the service for emergency communications. If exposure could create immediate danger, consult counsel before upload.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your submission through the partner request page. Applicable rights vary by location. We may need to verify identity, payment, and authority over the case before acting.

Children and sensitive scenes

The service is not directed to children. Footage involving minors, intimate settings, medical treatment, sexual content, or graphic injury requires heightened necessity and authorization review.
